- A minimum of HND in a related course
- Past experience in similar position is obligatory
- Hand on experience in managing people
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the institute
- Strick, tough, punctual and time observer
- Versatile attitude and control of quality standards
- Excellent negotiation, coordination and planning skills
